Max threads per day by member, is it possible?

Is it possible to restrict the total number of threads that members can start per day on a forum site? By "forum site" I mean on the full site not an individual forum section. E.g. would there be a way to limit the total number of new threads that members can start per day on vbulletin.org ?

Thanks for the reply dj. Sorry but that's not what I'm looking for, that mod allows the Admin to set a max for individual forums, I would like to set a limit on the number of new threads members can post on the site as a whole.

Curious why you would want to do this. Are you having problems with spammers?

That's part of the reason, yes. I'm considering starting a new forum and for that idea I would like to restrict the number of new threads members can start per day.

Not exactly borbole, I want the restriction to apply to all members, or at least all members in a given usergroup. I don't want to have to apply it member by member.

Thanks borbole, we actually have that mod installed. But what I want to do is set a maximum for the number of threads that a member can start anywhere on the forum, i.e. not just in individual forum sections.
