Error updating attachment

I can't seem to update the file for
http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=28561

I keep getting told that a file already exists and it gives me a link to the thread. But sometimes it says updated but when i look at the file its exactly the same, i tried wiping cache, even tried another computer and its still the same.
I also can't post it with another post on the thread as this stupid file already exists error appears.

Any idea's?

ok strange, its working now.
