Weird Font Size Issue..

Aight, I just got this new computer and the text size of websites is abnormally huge. You would think, "oh I must of made the font sizes too big in the CP". So I go into (XP) Control Panel > Appearance & Themes > Display > Appearance. On there, it says "Font Size". Mine is at normal..

FYI: It wasn't like this when I first got it, it happened later as I was browsing.

Does anyone why? And how I can fix it?

If you hold CTRL and scroll your mouse wheel, your font sizes will change. If you hold SHIFT and scroll, you will go forward and back in your browser.

I often accidentally change font sizes this way. doh!

For those of you that don't have a mouse wheel you can also go View>Text Size> Medium
