better word wrap

It can be very annoying when i always have to scroll over alot because the word wrap doesnt work properly :) Perhaps a new hack on the board to 'enforce' word wrapping. :D

The word wrap works fine it just doesn't work on the following occasions.

Code and PHP tags make it go to whatever width the line is.
If someone repeats the same letter or has a big phrase without a space.

some minor modifications could be made to stop people using big long phrases without any spaces, but its not practical for the code and php parts.
