How do I install a Hack?

I need an importer script for phpBB... I found one in the Hacks section, but when I click on the link that says to install this hack, it just takes me to the homepage. What am I doing wrong?

That's just to tell vbulletin.org that you've installed the hack. You'll need to follow the instructions with the hack itself or in the support thread to actually install it.
