Are other allowed to use them on their boards? These are much better than anything I could paint. So I'm just wondering. If not, just say no and that's the end of it. :)

no. they are copyrighted. however, you could pm sinecure to see if he is willing to sell you the package.

Do you have these themes as PSD-Files too? The XP-Blue looks very good, but would need them in german, and for editing its much easier if I could get them as PSD-Files.
