I just looking for some constructive critism of my forum.

Looks good. One thing that bothers me though is the columns in the forums list, their widths are not the same in all the tables.

I never noticed that.

That probably happened when I broke the tables by category.

Do you know how to fix that?

Sorry, have no idea other than giving the columns a fixed width (width="xx").

I really don't like the yellow font in the buttons and it all seems a bit too bright for me. Also the fact your table head background color and category background colors are the same is quite confusing. The pop-ups are not too nice too :(
