Lame hack, but I like it

I added some color to the tables in the options section of the Control Panel. This is options.php for version 1.1.1. I'm a total non-programmer who is trying to learn php, and believe it or not this is a big step for me. :p I plan on adding colors to some of the other sections at some point; look for it in Admin Color v1.2 ;).
