Disable user's ability to change avatar or title.

This hack allows admins to change the users ability to changew their title and/or avatar. This is best as punishment, like on my forum my fellow admin wanted to change the users title and avatar as punishment for flaming, anyways, instructions in the attached file..

It should be a full hack since i've tested it, but whatever, here it is..

you just go into where you edit the user's information and select yes or no.

Or did you mean disable or enable the actual changing of this feature?

Works great here. :) And you're right, it doesn't affect the settings that you have for the standard default options. At least it hasn't so far. :)

Anyway of adding this to a group of users..? Rather then changing it on every "registered" person..? :)
