Support forum helper hack removed from this forum?

Before. in the support forum here at vb.org, the support forum helper hack by g-force2k2 was being used...it was useful and functional, yet I've now noticed for a while that it's not there anymore? Either it's been changed to only show for mods/admins, or it's just beeen removed...

So I'm just wondering what's going on..if a bug was found, what was it? It could help us all :)
