that airfox game as a real bad bug in in when they play it, that being is you crash into a other ship the title screen comes up with everything flying over it.

As beautiful as this game looks it is beyond boring. It never really gets harder as you move up levels. Keep the spacebar pressed down as you keep going from left to right and right to left and you can probably last an hour on this game.

At first I was stunned! Then after playing it a few times, I realized it's much better than the original (so boring). The land mines are a plus.

Try this, "The isometric puzzle" simple, but very addictive. Try and get the blue cube out of the maze, use your direction keys. First levels are easy, but it soon becomes a real thinker.

23 - 24 something like that. I seriously wounldn't let the amount of games decide which version of VB you use though... I'd check out the extra features VB3 has (especially seeing as the full gold version will be out hopefully late this week). After stepping up to VB3 I could never go backwards, VB3 is way better in my opinion. :/



Hmmmm, I tried to convert the Airfox game and failed miserably. :( I don't know where to put the code, I did the php install bit and the gif easy enough as you could imagine though, I just have no idea where to add the gameover bit and the initial main code bit. :/ Someone convert it and then send the .fla to me or put it in the zip please, so I can see for future reference.... Baahhh at my Flash nOObness...

After the latest kill kenny, my arcade collection counts 27 games (5 on install and 22 extra)

And i agree, if you have to choose for a fresh vbb and don't DEMAND a special hack that only excists for vbb2 RIGHT NOW, then go with vbb3
Specially since all vbb2 hacks that are any good already have or soon will be ported over and most of the time seriously improved too.

Smoker, that version of jewels is crappy imo. In the creators site theres someone that reached level 112 in the highscore! I dont think difficulty increases on each level. If you really really really really really really want it I can convert it though.

That version of the Jewels game seems to end when there are no more moves available. It seemed to give me the "gameover man, gameover" sound bite from the film Aliens when it ended (after only 14level)s. :)

I know a lot of version just rearrange the pieces when there are no more moves available though, so that might be the reason most think it does not end. :)

I'll join in, with the converting when i'm sure that I am doing it properly, gonna test a couple of games first to make sure i am actually doing it right in the first place though, that Airfox game really did knock my confidence with it at the time. :)

I wouldn't release the miniclip games if I was you, there was all kinds of hassles before with them as they do not like them being changed in any way, that's what John had a load of grief about because someone went snivelling to them about the minisnake game.

Btw, its impossible for me to explain how to modify a Flash file over PMs. Not that im a mean old bag, or I want to keep it to myself ( :/ ), its just you need to learn flash and actionscript, and I cant teach those over pms. If I was a master of either of them (and im not) and had time, I could write a tutorial on it, but you still would need to read alot of text. I cant answer questions like "how do I convert a game?" over pms, im sorry.

The game monkey lander has a small cheat bug in it.
Pressing pause and then rightclick -> forward gives you instant level completeness. This way you end all levels with a 16.000 score without even playing.

Just a minor bug, since 16.000 isn't gonna get your the highscore but still. Shouldn't the forward menu option be disabled on all games?

lol that flash poker one does my head in, I still say the bug in Maeda Path is the most annoying one though, as I really like that game and would have had the top score :/ and it's not even cheating really, just exploitation really I guess... After all, all you have to do is back out of the little box and bingo you just pop back in at the end, level done and you can do that indefinately.... I'm sure there must be a really simple fix for it...

I did the marquee modification so that the awards scroll past. This is great if only one award has been obtained. I assumed this was designed to save space. However i have several users who have multiple awards, and when they scroll past, they are stacked one on top of the other, saving no space at all. Has anyone gotten this to work properly? Does anyone know how you would seperate the awards horizontally instead of vertically?

If you'd followed the instructions properly for that mod you would have seen that it actually explains that bit, by changing the < br > to &nbsp;&nbsp; in one of the arcade templates (can't remember which one, but it does say it in the instructions).

I have that mod working perfectly on my site in both the profile and the post bit. ;)

not much really... i just added a "health" bar and detailed that you loose the game at 20 mistakes... so you can keep the old one ;)

the "music" selector would make the file larger...

I think Penguin Bashing would be much better if it would give you a few turns (3 to 5) and then gives the option to submit the total score. Like the original.

Question for anyone that has installed the Towerball game...

I'm looking at the error logs for my server and it seems that everytime the Towerball game is loaded, it tries to load a file called songpack.swf ?... anyone else see this?

(I'm having issues with something else and happened to notice this.)...

The game ends and leaves players with a 0 score (regardless of what they had before) if you clear the whole board.

Is that a bug? Or does the game not equipped to go past the first level? If it's the latter, is there any way we can have it send the actual score, and not 0? Right now I have people clearing all but one spot, and then intentionally killing themselves before the last one so they don't lose their score.

That aside, outstanding work! Really happy to see people like Dream and xmorpher out there releasing games.
