Having problems displaying whos online on navbar template on forumhome :S

I am using Welcome Hack, a tight modification for my forums.
Instead of using Whats going on box, i have added all the info to this navbar,
Everything is working fine, except few:

please check the code and attachement. if you can guide what mistake i am doing
