What is this?
The Special Post Count is a funny hack. You can add a special counter for determined forums (example: offtopic).
Only the posts mades in that forum counts to the special counter and the default counter not have any change

I only made a re adaptation for vb3 :D
I made the hack using the Hack Tracking Log
and also a experimental version with text file
any bug find, problem installing, or something else are welcome

changes:
-fixed again the sql queries, now work in the last vbulletin versions
(Not vbulletin 3.5)

changes:
-fixed the sql queries in install txt
-fixed the xml sintax in spc_settings.xml in intall htl
FOR UPDATE TO 0.3
If you try in the past this hack and not work, the sql queries remain in the database. For fix this problem, only ejecute this queries
