Skill System

I run a RPG and am looking for a customizable Skill system that allows players to choose skills to purchase. I have the uShop/uCash mod and would like to have a skill system that would intergrate with it, using the same points system to purchase skills and skill levels.

Well, that would be something that would be added to the RPG and not uShop most likely. Either way, I'm not going to do it, so this might not be the best place to ask.
