Is there a hack or can anybody make one that shows u not only user history on the donate points section but also shows site history so that members can view all the transactions?

of donated points between each member

log users donations to one another and have a field required to be filled in for reason donated, and a viewable page that members can go to and view all donations and another to view thier own donations

That is already there to an extent, and reason donated will be in the next major release, but not required.
