After using the bank, points dont update without a refresh [Archive]

I am using version .95b.. I am running VB 3.0.5

I am not receiving an error message, but when I go to the bank, it will tell me for instance, that I have 100 in my pocket and 500 in the bank.. I will deposit my 100 into the bank and then it gives me a link to update my points.. When I go there, in this case, I would have 600 in the bank and 100 in my pocket.. If I try to spend something, it wont work, but if I return to the bank it STILL says I have 100.. Then just simply refreshing while on the bank page, it would then say, you have 600 in the bank and 0 in your hand..

Any ideas?

I was surprised to see it not asked about yet...

Actually, I am surprised none of my users have pointed it out yet.. I thought the whole hack was messed up until I realized what it was doing...

Really not a big deal at all.. Just wondering if that is an easy fix

funny..a user on my forum pointed it out today. I have been looking at it and it just doesn't make sense why it doesn't update the points in pocket but has an updated deposited or withdrawn table.

Its actually a timing thing.. I thought I HAD to refresh for it to take, but I have tried giving it time.. It just returns you to the bank page faster than it would process the transaction.. Less of a big deal now I guess... But still querky.. The user especially gets frightened when they withdrawal and the pockets update late making it look like they lost the points...

I believe they are talking about it showing as updated. I believe I fixed this for 1.0.x, so I'm going to have to remember to backport the fix to 0.9x before 0.96 is released.
