Javascript error when try to send PM

I am getting a Javascript error when trying to send new private messages on IE. This happened only in one machine; I tried on more than 4 machines which uses same settings and same IE version. Only one machine getting this error. Some of our visitors who using our VB forums getting this error too. I check the security settings on IE, all the machines uses the same settings. I get this error for all the editors.

Is your private.php modified? If not I would upload a fresh native copy over the top of it and see if that doesn't help.

This is the virgin file. Alot of our users are complaining about this. On my machine, logged on my account, it is fine. But if I walk 5 feet to a different machine, and log on the SAME account, it doesnt work there.

Its the same OS, same version of IE, everything...
