I promised it at the end of this week and you'll get it. So here are the rules etc. once again. :)

Nomination Guide Lines

1. Only 5 template edits can be nominated a month
2. You can nominate your own Template Edit.
3. If your template edit wins it cannot be nominated again for a year.
4. If somebody else nominates your template edit the month after you nominated your own, the nomination will be accepted.
5. When you make a nomination please include the a link to the Template Edit.
6. Nominations for Template Edits will last 10 days. (Until Feburary 20th, 2003)
7. After the 10 days for nominations are up the Template edits will be pulled out of a hat, this makes it 100% random.

The prize is also the same as the months before month. The winner will get this image placed up top of the thread of their template edit.

Anybody can enter, there are no restrictions to mods, admins or members.

Nominating will close on Feburary 20th, 2003. So thats 9-10 days for you to vote.

There is still time to release your mods too, and plenty of time to vote too. :)

Considering this contest isn't very popular (Well not over the top) the staff doesn't see the need for more contests ATM. :)
