Video streaming BB code

I made it like some video files in windows media player .asf files - they're quite small and better than .rm, or you think it is a silly way - I need the smallest file size that is possible.

I would want to have it on my vB board via BB code, is it possible - it must be embedded?

I don't suggest you do it at all because .asfs can be scripted and that can mean nasty things.
