I would like this one too, but all it does is add quote tags in the quick reply box???
okay, I removed this "<div class="imagebutton" id="cmd_wrap0_quote">" so now it brings up the smilies window but they're not "clickable"???

I get the smilies options to view all smilies in quick reply but it causes a java runtime error every time you try to click on a smilie :( HELP PLEASE!!!
whambam this doesnt work on 3.0.3 :(
This is odd
Yes - Do Not Show Editor Toolbar
Yes - Show Standard Editor Toolbar
Both show the same Quick Reply box.... :((
**Edit: DUH! For some reason my profile was set to not show the standard stuff just the basic. I have fixed this :)
Question is there any drawback to allowing others to pick WYSIWYG?
I get the same thing too: quotes!

yes the disadvantage of allowing the wyziwyg for quick reply is that it makes the page slower to load and it means that the quick reply isn't as fast as it should be
Thank you for this! I was going to attempt the other way on vborg but this way is so much easier! And Thank you Wambam!
This looks great. Can it be modified to work in the WYSIWYG editor? It displays fine and the Smilies will pop up, but I get an error whenever I click on one of the Smilies to add it to the message. :(

Just a heads up:
On 3.5.4 you should do the changes mentioned on the SHOWTHREAD template instead of doing it on Showthread_quickreply
Works perfectly otherwise :D
