Well, i implimented this hack way back in time for my board and didn't release it until someone asked me about this hack and how to install it....
I guess this hack is just useful to Viet boards or ppl who want to have this Vietnamese typing option on their board.
Installation time: 5-10 mins
Templates to modify: 5
- headerinclude
- showthread_quickreply
- editor_toolbar_off
- editor_toolbar_standard
- ewreply, newthread
Included file: 1
Instruction included in zipped file.
Note: it's not necessary to encode a page to UTF-8, it works fine with ISO-8859-1 .

this can be done by only one template modification with viettyping, with vietuni it need to edit some template but not too much like yours (3 templates I believe).

Is this for 3.5 also?
Templates to edit are the same, but you may alter the code little bit.
