What does this Template Mod do?: It makes the META Keywords and Description (if you have a thread description hack installed) equal the title of the forum or thread you are reading.

I tried installing that hack from vb.org and is messed up royally... is there anyway i can use this without the other hack... like it takes it directly from the thread instead?
