When is the time to change titles?

I have over 200 posts and I'm wondering when is the time to change my user title? I'm really sick of the current title where it says "Member". :disappointed:

Changing titles can only be done if you have 316 post, between 5:13AM and 5:37AM GMT+3, on a sunday the 23rd.


(We don't allow members to change their title)

the vb.org usertiltes are not based on postcount, but on releases and installcount of those releases, you could have 5k posts and still be a normal member
