Promoted article "read more" links back to forum article

wanted to share with you all this small update i did ...

We promote many articles to main page cms .. however we did not like split up discussions... so I wanted to have read more link back to the promoted article.. makes sense? :)

go to search in templates
type in vbcms_content_article_preview

replace whole vbcms_content_article_preview

with

Nexia's ImpEx fix for IP.Boards users passwords

Essential to everybody who moved from IP.Board to vBulletin lately.

You always complain that the IP.Board ImpEx is uncomplete because it does not import passwords... here is the fix!

... the guys at vB.System say they can't because the password is coded different from vB... false affirmation... it is really easy to fix when we do a little research as coders!

Add Islamic Date To Your Forum

Hello (Assalam-o-Alykum)

This is a simple template edit that adds Islamic(Hijri) date along with Gregorian date at the bottom of every page of your forum.

Step 1:

Download & Upload the file Hijri_calendar.js to Clientscript folder under your forum root folder.

Step 2:

In your Header template add the following code on top[size=1] (or anywhere)[/SI ........

Add Unanswer Threads to the topmost manu

This modification allows you add Unanswer Threads in the topmost bar of your forum home page.

It simply use the search to filter out the threads with no replies.

I have done this at 4.1.10 hopefully will work for other forums as well

Go to Admin Cp > Styles & Templates> Style Manager > Edit Templates > Header

XCache for vBulletin Caching
