[DBTech] Banned From Reporting (vB4)

Why use, Banned From Reporting?
Sometimes your site may have some troublemakers, and they decide to use the report button to report posts, blogs, pm's etc. You really don't want to ban the member, so now here is a way to deal with that sort of shenanigans.

Banned From Reporting will remove the report links from all areas so the user can not report items anymore.

This mod adds a Refresh button near the Thread Information section,

it will refresh the users who are currently viewing this thread using ajax .

few comments :

1. if you're running a RTL language on your board, then look for

Block Disabled: (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

So lets say you have a member who is only disruptive at night, perhaps after they've had a few drinks, but actually contribute during the day so you don't want to ban them all day long... Or you have a user who is so addicted to your forum they literally beg you to ban them so they aren't ........
