vBulletin Mods

The icon to the left of date and time has been missing since I upgraded to 4.1.5. Any suggestions on where I can find the settings to put an icon there instead of the default "question mark box"?

right click on the red X / missing image and see what image it's looking for... then add it to the correct folder
I think it changed from .gif to .png.

That didn't work. All I got was "misc.php?ccbloc=608". It wasn't in any particular folder.

You don't, if you don't understand it. You should always read the entire mod's thread before installing any mod. All your questions have probably already been answered. And if they haven't, you shouldn't install it.

Been having lots of slowdown issues due to this mod but it's central to my forum so required. My hosting co had to disable it finally due to over 39K tables reads per second on vsa_chatbox. Has there been any optimization done around this? I can't keep upgrading forever :D

Any chatbox can be a serious resource drag, especially if it's 'central' to your forum. I've got mine configured as a shoutbox, but you may want to look into hosted chatboxes like Addon Chat.

Unlikely, as there wouldn't be enough room. But by all means search the thread and see if anyone's done it.
