vBulletin Mods

The title can be changed in Phrases. AdminCP>Languages and Phrases>Search in Phrases>"Chatbox" leads you to vsacb_chatbox - just hit the Edit button next to it.

We are having the same issue with no Smilie icon image in chat box :( been working on it now for hours, installed on other 4.15 and all is good same mods and Nojoy here:down:

if u want to fix this problem just save sum smiles then rename that smiles into "smilie" then upload into ur editor folder of ur skin

Thanks for reply tried this and still does not work, had a existing smilie.png in the forums/Skinname/editor/ directory; added a smilie.gif and still not showing also seeing [new] place holder next to Chatbox entries see attachment.

add these images to your statusicon folder

then add this smile to your images/editor/

right click on it ans save to your desktop then upload it to the dir I posted above..

Unfortunately I tried this and all directories and rest of site does not has image issues. To make sure I included the gif images which already had the same images in png format as you provided.

I am perplexed, I have load this same mod on numerous other boards and 4.15 so not sure where to look hoping coder can offer fix.

Can't get the chatbox to work, just says loading all the time, even when i try and enter a messager. :(

might be a problem with the server .. some shared servers will not let this mod work..
from what I have seen

Anyone getting the DB error above the chat? Other than that, everything seems to be working. vB4.1.6

If you "Search this mod" for a distinctive term like "class_bootstrap" you'll find a solution that worked for at least one person. Let us know if the same works for you.

I did the search, and thank btw. I found another post that recommended installing VSa Advanced Rules, and the next post said it worked. I installed the Advances Rules, but the DB error is still showing. I reviews the settings of the Advances Rules as well. Is there something I am missing?
