SO can we get a confirmation if php5 is required for this mod? We are still running 4 on our site and the mod appears to be broken. No one is being updated and hasn't been for a while now.

You'd probably be best off if you did it yourself, that way if you need to make changes in the future you know what you are doing. It's not overly complicated.
