How do you make a skin fixed width?

I tried setting the Main CSS width to a set pixel amount but only the logo moved inward. The rest of the forums are stuck to 100% width.

I hate 100% width forums... any ideas?

Ok well so it looks like I got those issues fixed (I opted for the reupload the style thanks). But now I'm still trying to do the quicklinks / search button fixes.
