Sounds like neither of you read my notes in the first post in regards to mobile style options and this one.
[edit: or perhaps you did but my lack of detail didn't help - sorry] Both share database entries, by uninstalling Mobile, you deleted the database columns which this one needs. To clean things up, you'll need to uninstall both, then reinstall this one.
