Installed on 4.1.12 pl 1 and seems to be working aside from the quick style chooser in the footer. Fixed it by;

Open footer template

Find:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Replace with:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

NOTE: The last if condition (language chooser) can be removed if you only use one language.

Really like this style and am happy it works on 4.1.12
