It's not looking too good here in 1024x768 actually. Your forumhome has significant horizontal scroll on it as the screen ends at the right edge of the last post column.
Reviewing your source code (I hate those source compressors as it makes it a long job instead of a quick browse  ) you have a large number of broken images (every single link in the freinds box) You have also got seemingly random </tr> and </td>'s all over the place that don't have anything to marry them up with. Also you are missing an </tr> after your arcade link.
