unicode problem after moved the board to new host

Hi ,

I'm using 3.6.7 ver, everything is working fine until i moved to new host:

1. backup database using backup in AdminCP
2.copy all files to new host
3. import database using mysqlphpadmin

After i moved to new host, UTF-8 unicode doesn't show right and there are some errors appeared when run the board, show that fuctions.php errors. I used tools.php to fix, it works, but the unicode still doesn't show.

I tried to import original language, style and turn off plugins but still got this problem.

Please anyone can help me? ((

FYI the 3.6.7 i used is the hack one , plus the lang file. i just bought licensed one and was trying to moved to new host before upgrading it.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Vinne

to create back up, i tried several ways:

- Via AdminCP --> database backup inside the VBulletion admincp

-Using myphpadmin: export tables / database

-Vdeck host : backup *.gz database via host control panel

but the unicode did not work after moved.
