Hide ignored users' threads

This hack means that threads posted by users in your ignore list are hidden completely on the forumdisplay page. Inspired by this hack for v3.0.x
Modify the threadbit template adding:
at the very top of the template. and:
at the very end of the template. That's it!  Changes from 1.01 to 1.02 The plugin is no longer required. I'm not sure what I was thinking of originally but it's possible to do this as just a template hack. Download Now Only licensed members can download files, Click Here for more information.
