Reputation Slowly Disappearing
Sorry if this is the wrong section, but this is a major problem that I've been facing lately on my forum.
My reputation on my forum for all the user keeps slowly decreasing every single day, not by a lot - just maybe by like 5 points a day. I've replaced all the files, optimized tables, reset the counters and it still is like this. Does anyone know how I could fix this as my users are getting really annoyed by it and so am I. Thanks. The only way that could happen is if rows are being removed from the reputation table. Have you checked to verify all the rows are still there (the largest reputationid should be the same as the number of rows in the table). Or, someone has changed the number stored in the reputation field of that table.

Elaborate more, if you could. The reputation comments aren't being removed, it's just the reputation number it self that's slowly decreasing.
For the table reputation, the largest reputationid is 511 but there is only 7 rows. I can screenshot it if need. No members have liked this post.

Are you talking about the rep power (how much rep that may give to someone) or their reputation level number? Those are two different things. There rep power is defined by what you have set in AdminCP > Settings > Options > user reputation options and there rep level is defined by adding up all the reps they have gotten from users (which is stored in the reputation table).

The rep number itself, like where it says something along the lines of 700 point(s) total and what not.
Rep power is fine as far as I can tell. No members have liked this post.

Well, someone has deleted a bunch of the reputation that users have given each other if there are only 7 rows in the table that is up to reputationid 511.

Are you sure no one installed this mod: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=272125 ?
It lowers rep by a little bit every night.
