Amazon affiliate links
Is there a Mod for v4.x out there that enables you to replace all Amazon links with your own affiliate ID? I know things like VigLink exists, but I believe they replace it with THEIR ID and then give you a percentage of the profits. I would happily pay for a mod that enables us to replace Amazon links w/ our own affiliate IDs.

I've been using this with 3.x and right through to 4.2.0 PL2 and it works perfectly, even with the multiple URL formats for Amazon products:
