Hello,

I know there have been other requests similar to this but since I have a separate need I'm posting another request.

I would like to limit the nimber of threads that show up "live" to the first page limit that's set in ACP. Once a thread "rolls off" past that preset number it then is automatically closed/locked and no longer visible to the regular members. Admin could still see all threads and all posts.

In this way the threads are still there and not deleted but are closed/locked and invisible based on user permissions.

Of course the various parameters can be set in the ACP.

Perhaps invisible isn't the correct way work it. Maybe they can be locked/closed and/or just moved to another forum I set up for Archive purposes which isn't viewable to the regular members. These threads would also NOT show up through the search function either for the regular members.
