Hi all.

It looks like it needs a file that isn't in version 3.8.7. Question and problems having to do with mods have to be asked in the mod thread. Your only option really is to ask in the thread and hope the quthor or someone else can come up with a fix. Edit: ...or I suppose we could consider this a request for someone to develop a similar mod.

Go here http://www.phpcaptcha.org/download/ download the latest, upload all the files to forum root, create a plugin using login_process as the hook and enter the below code
Change the echo's for a header redirect to login.php if they get it wrong, should work for you
