Did you perhaps upload the folder without renaming it to your forum directory name?
did you rename you admincp ?
are the permissions set correctly?

hopefully you can help me as I have a huge problem with the
CHARGE-Code in my forums.

See this for example:

This is the problem:

für 1000:
[charge=1000]7100[/charge]

für 2500:
[charge=2500]7101[/charge]

für 4000:
[charge=4000]7102[/charge]

After refreshing the post cache to fix some issues with another mod
we noticed that the charge code contents aren't displayed correctly
anymore but instead show some weird numbers inside.

Can you tell me how to fix this issue? We have thousands of posts
with charge codes not working anymore. I am a customer, I love your
products.

I found a bug.
When a new member completes registration an error code appears at the top of the page
"warning: invalid argument#1 is not an array on path/dbtech/credits/credits_vbulletin.php on line 440"
Something like that, but the registration process done without any other problems.
The points is updating succesfull on every new post and thread but no points for registration is given to new members.

I just tried to install the mod onto my site and ran into an error. I uploaded all the files to the correct folders and created the new plugins folder as well. The error I am receiving is below on the import of the xml.

I got it going, deleted all the files and shut off my forum and uploaded them again to the folders and now it works, i guess i shouldd follow instructions..lol

Hello. I used to have a 3.8.7 board, with vbcredits installed. Then i've removed almost all hacks, this included, to upgrade to a 4.2 vbulletin.

When i was upgrading i've received this error:

Module: vbblog, Step 1 Error.

A conflict was detected in the bitfields. You cannot continue with the installation of this product until this has been fixed. The conflicts found were:

In the middle of upgrade process. I've opened a ticket at vbulletin support, that told me to uninstall the vbcredits plugin.

Opened the admincp and the plugin isn't there in the list to uninstall it. How can i manually do that? Is there a way to fix the issue so i can continue with the upgrade?
