Hi ! I've installed the hack, but then I can't go to my new "home", when I tried to access to http://..mydomain.com/index.php , an error displayed

Parse error: parse error, unexpected '/' in /home/jordanchan/public_html/index.php on line 21

I've tried to read carefully the instruction, and try to use the hint ( info.php ), but in the line _SERVER["PATH_TRANSLATED"], the information is:
/home/jordan/public_html/info.php

So what's wrong with this ? And how can I fix it ? My templates in the forum/index.php also got broken !!

I've forgotten to tell y'all that, I've tried to change the full path to my forum already, but there still was that error !!!

I fixed the above error ( my own fault ), but then there's another one:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected '/' in /home/jordanchan/public_html/cmps_index.php on line 32

Note that: the code in line 32 is: require_once('./global.php');
