They never upgraded to vB4, so I highly doubt they'll ever upgrade to vB5 in the future

Vblulltin upgrade to version 5 need to pay license fees to pay? I've bought licenses forum version 4. No members have liked this post.

Yes you must pay to upgrade to VB5. There are discounts for VB4 license holders and bigger discounts if you bought since June 1st.
