IP Punishment by Seductor.
"Even more cruelty". This mod is based in "User Punishment by BOP5". This mod can't slow down a user's page load request based on the number of infraction points they have. So, what does this do?
The cool thing about this mod is that it can also punish large IP ranges, specified in CIDR notation. Please Mark as Installed if you use this.  If you enjoy it please consider nominating it MOTM. The only 2 possible applications I see for this is to annoy users of a specific country, which seem both stupid and useless IMHO. And the other could be to annoy a constant spammer who just keeps creating multiple accounts.
But I could imagine the load it takes to verify each IP address against the list, no? No members have liked this post.
