Its' really hard to knwo whats wrong, most likely an external modification conflict. (We have this plugin working on hundreds of sites.)

Please post a screenshot of your mods.

In the mean time, try disabling some of them an see if thats the trick. Any optimization scripts?

It doesn't scroll horizontally. So if the browser window is small, or your using a phone to view the site then when you scroll horizontally it doesn't move with the rest of the site?

Yes, copy "livenotifications.css" into additional.css in your theme templates.

AARRRGGHHH!!! This is doing my head in!!!!

I uninstalled it to try 6.3, that installed then I uninstalled that a re-installed 7.3 only to get this database error when installing:

Simply remove these 4 lines from the .xml, then try to run the .xml again.

So now i'm back to square one.

I followed your first post which says put

in the header as I have a customised theme.

At this point I then had two bars, one right at the top and one almost just below it. Then I went in to the settings and set "Is template automatic edit on?" to No. This removed the lower bar.

So now I'm back to having the bar right at the top which is great, but the icons are still low down. It must be something to do with my header, maybe because I have a wrapper that's causing it?

Okay. Turn auto template back on.

Then remove

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Have automatic edit on. If you get two bars, that just means that code above exists twice in your header somewhere.

Search templates for it, and then remove one of them.

Damn it. It works fine on default style, so there must be something in my style that pushes those two images down. What doesn't make sense is why only those two images when everything else on the bar is in the right place.
