For vBulletin 4.2.0 Onwards
Versions Attached 4200: vBulletin 4.2.0 Onwards. This modification is not available for vBulletin 4.0.x or 4.1.x Please remember to click Mark as Installed if you use this modification. Please fee free to nominate this modification for the MOTM, and/or use the donate link provided (Support Developer). This adds the following enhancements to the vB core DoublePost feature. 1. Option to turn on a timestamp separator. 2. Option for the timestamp to include the time of the previous post. Note that as in previous versions, the timestamp is fixed, i.e. it will not change if being viewed from different timezones. All settings are located in the existing DP settings vBulletin Options > Message Posting Doublepost Options To install, download the zip, extract the XML file and import using the vb Product Manager. Support Support & Bug fixes will be provided for vBulletin 4.2.0 onwards. Support will not be provided for Alpha & Beta versions. Low priority will be given to posters who do not have this marked as installed In some cases, support can only be provided if I have an admin login and ftp access. But you said your mod only gives the time for a specific time zone, right? I noticed the vb.org one uses [date] and [time] bbcodes which I assume calculates the time according to user settings.

So how do we get the mod that vb.org is using. Not adjusting for time zones or at lease just using relative time, makes this mod pretty pointless on an international forum. Even for one that's just based in the US.

The time and date bb codes are nothing to do with this modification, the standard code in vb4.2, or indeed any previous version of it.
They are just two custom BB Codes we have here. All we are doing is using the custom separator text that is standard with the double post feature to output them.
