Offline Forum Usergroups

Description:
This modification gives you the ability to allow different usergroups to access your forums when they are offline. This could be used for instance, when you need to show your staff some changes to get feedback before the normal users of your site see the changes. Installation Instructions:

Does it work in 3.8? as i've had trouble finding the old modification that was created for vb3.

Tested it on a fresh vBulletin 3.8 installation and it doesn't work due to a missing hook. I'll code something up as soon as I can for vBulletin 3.
