New Thread Button
When clicking the "New Thread botton in a forum it goes to "site/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=**".
I would like to know how to make it link to another url on our forum... Thanks. No members have liked this post.

Find the appropriate code on your FORUMDISPLAY template and replace it with the location you really want.
You may have to use some kind of if(forumid == X) show alternative new thread link else normal thread link

I would like it to go to a posting script that weve added as a plugin. As for using FORUMDISPLAY Ive looked in there before but wasnt able to find it so far. Is there a search criteria I could use like the forum number or something. Im a bit confused as to what code to place in there and what...
Well Ive narrowed down the link to create the search to
This almost works but still show the threads by "Last Post" and not by "Thread Start" for some reason. Maybe someone can find what Im missing on this or whats out of place... Thanks. No members have liked this post.

Nobody has any clue on this I guess. I was thinking something in the thread start hack was missing from the seach. I cant think of anything else. Ive tried a varity of things including making the entire forum default to thread start date and cant get it to sort as it should...

I'm not sure anyone understands what you are trying to achieve...

Maybe I can make it simpler like this...
This link will find all new post in vB3.5 Modifications by creating a froum search... http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/searc...c&daysprune=-1
I want the list thats created to be by Thread Start Date not Last Post so that bumps wont show first. This should work since weve added where you can sort any Forum or Advanced Search by Thread Start yet when the search is created it still shows by Last Post even though as you can see "sort=threadstarted" is in the link. Hope that clears it up somewhat. No members have liked this post.
