Hi all.

New here so please ignore my ignorance if these questions have been asked already.

I currently have a Web Wiz 7.9 forum on access that is growing very large. Because it is on access (restrictive) i have been wanting to move to a new forum. I originally wanted to move to Phpbb2 (I didnt know about VBulletin) but could not do the conversion from one to other. Despite numerous questions on phpbb.com, noone could be bothered to help me or answer. So i did a little looking around and found this (thankfully).

So my questions are:
1- Does Vbulletin have a cash mod and betting mod?
2-Is there a (tested!) conversion from Web Wiz to VBulletin?
3-Can games be incorporated?
4-Is there a photo gallery mod?
5-Do these mods cost extra?

1. There is a cash mod for 3.5, I dont think the betting mod was converted from 3.0 to 3.5 yet.

2. Impex imports webwiz iirc

3. What kind of games? There is an arcade mod...

4. A few... two that I know of that are commerical, one that is here on vb.org and some user intergration files for open source galleries that are for free.

5. The mods you see here on vb.org are free. There are of course third party mods that are both free and commerical.

If the questions above are the only reasons you would have for having reservations from vbulletin, my advice would be get it. All the above is achievable and relatively easliy with the new product/plugin system that vbulletin has incorperated with 3.5 version

Thank you all for your answers. I am only hestitant because i am nervous that i'll pay for VBulletin and wont be able to retireve my data from Web Wiz.

5-Do these mods cost extra? No, you get access to vB.org hacks once you purchase a vBulletin license. Wether it be owned or leased, you'll get free hack access.
