This is probably quite simple up to a point.

Instead of the normal quoting system in private messages it would be cool to view and reply to them in the same way that emails are viewed ... All the quote boxes stacking up get confusing after a while.

However, the clever bit would be in cropping off the end of the message when it reached the maximum amount
