Usergroups denied access.
This might sound like a dumb question, but when I first installed VBPlaza 1.5.8, no usergroup had access to purchase options.
I figured out that we needed to grant permissions to all groups via the ACP. However, all of the non-default user groups (the ones that arent initially there with VBulletin) can still not purcase anything. It seems really weird and the admin is kinda breathing down my back a little, so if there is any fix, I would appreciate your help. Thank you No members have liked this post.

I'd like to know if a fix to this is possible too, because I'd like to make additional usergroups so more valuable members will be promoted and can have more permissions.

There have been a lot of topics about this made and none of them have been replied too.
Is it unfixable or what? No members have liked this post.

This issue basically tosses out making any "upgraded memberships" or paid subscriptions, since you have to create a new category to place them in for advanced permissions. They wouldn't be able to use the store any more

I'm the admin who installed the plaza on my site and it won't let me in.
ok, correction, it won't let any of the users in. I just signed out and signed in as a regular registered user and it won't let me in. And two users pm'ed me to let me know it won't let them. The board stated that the usergroup does not have permission to purchase vbPlaza options. I checked the usergroup permissions and it should be letting us in. Help Please! It's totally cumbersome but it works if you choose a secondary default user group.
