I need to know how to.. for navbar links, like in this new vB.org's style..

If I go here: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=184 I see that there aren't default links (vB.org Forum > Articles Forum -> Articles). I want customize my navbars link per forums, so, how can I do?
